You need a valid passport (1st page) and a valid credit card/PayPal account. We will never under any circumstance share your passport photo with anyone but the landlord, but it is required by law to sign a lease.

You are free to buy new furniture, move existing furniture around, purchase new lighting fixtures, and paint rooms. You are not allowed to change the flooring, bathroom or anything otherwise nailed to the ground/walls/ceiling without direct & written approval from the landlord. Details will be included in your contract.

Yes, but please be respectful of the neighbors/other tenants. This means no loud noises after 8pm, and no illegal activity whatsoever.
